Kenyans in Freetown came together on 20 October to honour our heroes — with nyama choma, music and plenty of laughter.

On 20 October the community gathered to celebrate Mashujaa Day, honouring the heroes who shaped Kenya.
There was nyama choma, chapati and pilau, music from home, and a short reflection on what it means to carry Kenya with us here in Salone.
